What are the main languages of your translation services?
We provide translation services for all languages: English, French, German, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, etc into Vietnamese and vice versa.

What are the qualifications of your translators?
Our translators and linguists have got Ph.D., Master or BA degrees in language and education with at least 10 years of successful experiences. Besides, we understand well and definitely abide by professional ethics.

How much does translation /interpretation cost?
We rate the translation project on word count, the complexity, and time required for us to complete. The interpretation cost is hourly-based. There is also special discounts for large projects and frequent customers.

What assures the quality of your translation/ interpretation?
As mentioned, all of translators/ interpreters are highly qualified and experienced. The translation process is three-step: Translating, proofreading and expert check. With our professional and caring service, we commit to always please our customers .
For interpreter, we have an evaluation process every time to guarantee continued top quality and ensure our customers' entire satisfaction.

When and how should I pay the fee?
You can pay your fee from one day up to one month after being handed over the written translation or within two weeks for interpretation projects. Payment can be settled by cash, e-currencies or bank transfer.

Vietnamese language course

What are the qualifications of your teachers/ tutors?
Our teachers are Masters or BAs in language and education from top universities with diplomas in training and teaching from international and national institutions. They are very well-trained in methodologies as well as culturally sensible.

What methods do you apply?
The methods are varied, flexible and update. It is up to the students' requirements that the focus would be on any of the four language skills: Listening, speaking, reading or writing. Practical approaches with real life situations are applicable for fast results and better understanding of Vietnamese culture.

What is the cost?
The cost is hourly-based, depending on specific requirements and levels. However, you can be assured that our price is the best, which can be reduced for students with over 10 hours of study per week.

When and how do I pay the fee?
You can pay your fee at the end of each month and this can be done by cash, e-currencies or bank transfer.
